About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead sales for CMCO products including hoists, trolleys, crane components, lifting accessories, and material handling solutions.

The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge, market understanding, and experience in industrial sales.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Develop and execute sales strategies for CMCO product range

🔹 Manage existing client accounts and generate new business

🔹 Promote hoists, crane components, and lifting solutions to industries

🔹 Conduct product presentations, site visits, and client meetings

🔹 Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate pricing

🔹 Track sales performance and achieve monthly/annual targets

🔹 Coordinate with the technical and service teams for execution

🔹 Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction

Requirements

✔ Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (Preferred)

✔ 6-8 years’ experience in sales of CMCO / Hoists / Crane components

✔ Strong industrial network and understanding of the market

✔ Good communication, negotiation & presentation skills

✔ Ability to travel and handle customer visits frequently
