Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Sales Executive with a background in Mechanical Engineering to join our dynamic sales team. The role involves developing and maintaining client relationships, understanding technical requirements, and offering tailored solutions to customers in Ludhiana and the western region.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and referrals.
Develop a strong understanding of company products (e.g., cranes, elevators, lifting equipment, etc.).
Conduct client meetings, understand technical requirements, and propose suitable solutions.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
Follow up on quotations and convert inquiries into orders.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with the service and technical teams for after-sales support.
Provide regular market feedback and competitor analysis.

Skills & Requirements:

B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
0–3 years of experience in industrial or technical sales preferred (fresher with strong aptitude may apply).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of mechanical components and systems.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a team player.
