Job Title: Sales Manager

Experience Required: 2–4 years in Loan Sales (Personal Loan / Business Loan / Home Loan / Mortgage Loan)

Location : uppal, Hyderabad

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to lead loan sales activities, manage a team (if required), generate business, and achieve monthly targets. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of retail lending products and experience in handling customers as well as channel partners.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

• Generate new business for Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, Mortgage Loans
• Develop and manage customer relationships to achieve sales targets
• Create and maintain a strong lead pipeline through field visits, references, and digital leads
• Pitch loan products to customers and understand their financial requirements
• Coordinate with DSAs, connectors, and partner channels for business generation

Team Handling (If Assigned)

• Guide Telecallers / Sales Executives in lead conversion
• Monitor daily productivity and provide training when needed
• Track performance and ensure achievement of overall team targets

Loan Processing & Coordination

• Collect and verify documents, check eligibility, and ensure accurate submission
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and verification teams for approvals
• Ensure timely disbursement of loans and smooth customer experience

Reporting & Compliance

• Maintain daily MIS and sales reports
• Ensure compliance with company and RBI lending guidelines
• Maintain healthy customer relationships for repeat business

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of loan products & market competition
• Team handling ability (added advantage)
• High target orientation and self-motivation
• Good documentation knowledge
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM, etc.)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• 2–4 years of proven experience in sales of loans (mandatory)
