Job Title: Sales Manager – Hospital

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to lead hospital sales initiatives. The role involves developing business strategies, managing corporate and institutional tie-ups, driving patient inflow, and ensuring revenue growth through innovative marketing and sales efforts.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve hospital revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, corporate clients, TPAs, and referral partners.
• Identify new business opportunities, corporate tie-ups, and community outreach programs.
• Lead a sales team, assign targets, and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with marketing for branding, promotional campaigns, and digital outreach.
• Prepare sales reports, market analysis, and forecasts for management review.
• Ensure patient acquisition and retention through excellent service and relationship management.

Qualification Required:

• Graduate/MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Healthcare Management.

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of hospital/healthcare sales.
• Excellent negotiation and business development skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
• Good communication, presentation, and networking abilities.
• Goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,574.92 - ₹49,236.71 per month
