Job Summary:

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve aggressive growth targets in international seafood markets.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen strong relationships with suppliers and buyers globally to ensure seamless supply chain and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities in international markets, including Europe, North America, Asia, and the Middle East.
• Coordinate effectively between local Indian suppliers and global customers to ensure smooth order fulfillment and communication.
• Oversee daily operations of the India office related to seafood export activities.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with international clients and suppliers, ensuring favorable outcomes for the company.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies proactively.
• Collaborate with logistics, quality assurance, and compliance teams to meet international standards and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Any Graduate or Postgraduate.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in seafood trading and/or international seafood export sales.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with global suppliers and buyers.
• Proven record of accomplishment of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the international seafood market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness and ability to relocate to Vishakhapatnam, India.
• Mature, aggressive, hard-working, and self-motivated with a hands-on approach.
