Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, achieve monthly revenue targets, drive new lead generation, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations on the sales floor. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for sales performance, and the ability to motivate and manage a team toward consistent growth.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Sales Target Achievement

  • Drive the team to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and overall revenue.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics regularly.

2. Lead Generation & Business Development

  • Create, plan, and execute campaigns for new lead generation.
  • Build relationships with potential clients through calls, social media, events, and partnerships.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to convert marketing-qualified leads into sales.

3. Floor Management & Team Leadership

  • Supervise daily operations of the sales floor to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Monitor team performance, provide training, and handle performance reviews.
  • Maintain discipline, motivation, and a positive work environment among the team.

4. Customer Relationship Management

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, issues, and escalations promptly.
  • Maintain and update client databases (CRM) with accurate and current information.

5. Reporting & Coordination

  • Submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and service teams for seamless customer experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in [industry type, e.g., healthcare, retail, aesthetics, etc.].
  • Proven record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

Salary: Based on experience + performance incentives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
