Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Yards India Realty.
Drive property sales (residential/commercial) in Noida to achieve revenue targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies and marketing tie-ups.
Lead, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
Coordinate with internal teams (CRM, legal, project) for smooth sales operations.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Ensure adherence to RERA and other regulatory compliances.
Maintain accurate reports and CRM records for sales performance tracking.
Identify new business opportunities by cold calling, generating leads, and building relationships with potential clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive real estate landscape.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-8 years of experience in Sales & Marketing or related field (Real Estate industry preferred).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets through innovative approaches.
Strong understanding of local market dynamics, including current trends and regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building strong client relationships.

Walk-in interviews between (11 am to 5 pm)
