Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Yards India Realty.
  • Drive property sales (residential/commercial) in Noida to achieve revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and marketing tie-ups.
  • Lead, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (CRM, legal, project) for smooth sales operations.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Ensure adherence to RERA and other regulatory compliances.
  • Maintain accurate reports and CRM records for sales performance tracking.
  • Identify new business opportunities by cold calling, generating leads, and building relationships with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive real estate landscape.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-8 years of experience in Sales & Marketing or related field (Real Estate industry preferred).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets through innovative approaches.
  • Strong understanding of local market dynamics, including current trends and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building strong client relationships.
