Position Overview

Tele-calling Sales Executives

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients from the database or inquiries
  
• Explain property features, location advantages, pricing, and investment potential
  
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into site visits
  
• Maintain and update lead information in CRM
  
• Coordinate with the field sales team to ensure follow-through
  
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets
  
• Handle customer queries with professionalism and product knowledge
  
• Assist clients during the initial stages of the property buying journey
  
• Share regular feedback and market updates with the team
  

Requirements

• 12th pass or graduate in any stream
  
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
  
• Good command of Hindi and English (regional languages a plus)
  
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
  
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  
• Prior experience in real estate or telesales is an added advantage
