Position Overview

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
  
• Identify new business opportunities and key markets for growth
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders
  
• Oversee lead generation, qualification, and conversion processes
  
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies
  
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of real estate market trends, projects, and competitor activities
  
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  
• Proven track record in real estate sales and team management
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  
• Strong leadership and motivational abilities
  
• High level of professionalism and integrity
  
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing network of clients and developers
  
• Experience in residential and/or commercial real estate
  
• Knowledge of regulatory and legal aspects of real estate transactions
