Sales Manager (Women Only)

You will be the Sales Lead closely collaborating with the Founding team. Your role involves mapping and planning revenue and P&L goals for the business unit, focusing on driving revenue and growth for the company's primary product line. Ideally, you have experience in B2B sales within banks, financial institutions, or Fintech companies. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research, identifying potential business partnerships with banks and financial institutions, and nurturing strong relationships with both new and existing clients. Collaboration with key stakeholders, such as business, technology, and product teams, will be crucial. A strong grasp of both technology and business aspects is essential for this role. Your duties will extend to drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, and other relevant documents. Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines will be expected. You will be tasked with identifying new business opportunities and partners, utilizing strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with management, staff, and clients. Deepening existing partnerships to increase market share will also be part of your responsibilities, along with meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Preferred qualifications include an MBA in Sales & Marketing, along with 8-10 years of experience in product/service selling to banks and financial services companies. Experience in working with partners and generating business opportunities is highly valued. This is a full-time position with benefits such as leave encashment, paid sick time, and paid time off.
