Overview

We are specifically looking for aprofessional from India with a strong background in sales leadership, strategy development, and teammotivation. Including But Not Limited To The Following

Sales Leadership & Motivation
  • Provide strong leadership and guidance to the entire sales team.
  • Motivate and encourage the team to consistently meet and exceed sales quotas and targets.
Customer Relations & Problem Solving
  • Consult directly with potential and existing customers to fully understand their requirements.
  • Identify and recommend suitable products, equipment, or services to meet customer needs.
  • Proactively resolve customer complaints, address staffing challenges, and manage operational issues that may impact sales efficiency.

Qualifications And Experience (Desired Profile)

  • Proven experience in a Sales Manager or senior sales role, preferably in a relevant industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in reviewing sales data, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of Indian business culture, with the readiness and adaptability to thrive in the Ugandan market.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
