We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our international business growth in the Web3 and blockchain space. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of blockchain technology, decentralized ecosystems, and crypto markets, along with proven experience in B2B or B2C sales.
Develop and execute sales strategies to onboard clients for Web3/blockchain products and services.
Identify and reach out to potential clients, investors, or partners within the crypto ecosystem.
Build and maintain relationships with exchanges, DeFi projects, NFT platforms, and blockchain communities.
Generate new business opportunities through networking, events, and online outreach (Discord, Telegram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter).
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design tailored proposals for clients.
Prepare and deliver business presentations and sales reports.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Stay updated on blockchain trends, crypto regulations, and emerging technologies.
Bachelor’s degree (MBA or equivalent preferred).
3+ years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in crypto/blockchain/Web3 sector.
Strong understanding of Web3 ecosystems, DeFi, NFTs, exchanges, and tokenomics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Comfort with online networking tools (Discord, Telegram, X/Twitter, etc.).
