Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager at Vijayshri Packaging Ltd, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - **Business Development & Sales:** - Identify and onboard new clients in the region. - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. - Build and manage a local sales network to expand market presence. - Operate office in Hyderabad / Bangalore. - **Client Relationship Management:** - Maintain strong relationships with existing customers. - Act as the key point of contact for client queries, concerns, and escalations. - Provide product knowledge and support to ensure high customer satisfaction. - **Operations & Coordination:** - Coordinate with HO/Production teams for timely order delivery and quality assurance. - Handle day-to-day logistics and warehousing for the assigned territory. - Maintain proper records of stock, sales, and deliveries. - Maintain consistency in sales targets. - **Warehouse & Stock Management:** - Oversee the setup and operations of the local warehouse. - Ensure inventory levels are maintained to meet customer demands. - Monitor stock movement and conduct regular audits. - **Reporting & Analysis:** - Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts. - Analyze market trends and competitor activities. - Provide insights to management for strategic planning. **Qualification Required:** - Master's degree in marketing or business administration.
