Currently, UBISL engages in institutional broking activity, mutual fund distribution, and trading/investing in government debt securities. UBISL is expanding its services to include doorstep provision of financial solutions for housing and vehicle loans, offering end-to-end support from consultation to loan arrangement.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager – Vehicle Loan (SM – VL) located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team, achieving vehicle loan sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring team performance, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role also involves building relationships with potential clients and providing financial consultations to assist with their vehicle loan needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in vehicle loan sales and team management
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Customer service-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of financial services and regulatory requirements
• Preferred local candidates with familiarity with the Ahmedabad market
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
