Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Hanumangarh for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by managing sales activities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Key tasks include identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, overseeing team performance, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role also involves conducting market research, generating reports, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

Proven sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Experience in team leadership and performance management
An in-depth understanding of financial products such as loans, including Commercial Vehicle Loans, Car Loans, Tractor Loans, and Secured Business Loans
Proficiency in using technology platforms and tools to streamline processes
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
Previous experience in financial services, sales, or a related field is an advantage
