Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored service solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) to align sales strategies with organizational goals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates to senior leadership.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and contractual obligations.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or Sales related field (MBA preferred).
Valid US Visa
6–10 years of experience in sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role within a service-based organization.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MSOffice Suite.
