The role involves leading a team of telesales executives to drive sales of refurbished laptops and desktops, ensuring performance targets are met, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. Key Responsibilities: Manage and mentor a BPO sales team Set daily/weekly sales targets and track performance Drive lead conversion through effective sales strategies Monitor call quality and ensure customer satisfaction Report team performance to senior management Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in handling BPO sales teams Strong leadership and communication skills Proven track record in telesales or IT product sales Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
