We are on the lookout for a driven and strategic Manager – B2B Sales to join our team and lead business growth in the manufacturing sector. If you have a passion for building strong client relationships, developing new corporate accounts, and achieving ambitious revenue targets, this role is perfect for you!
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage new business opportunities in the manufacturing industry
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers
Execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Manage the complete sales cycle – from lead generation to closure
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions
Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions
Mentor junior sales team members
💡 What We’re Looking For:
6–10 years of B2B sales experience preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector
Strong knowledge in software sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven ability to manage key accounts and meet revenue targets
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting
📚 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / MBA / Any Degree
