Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers for plotted projects.
  
• Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective clients.
  
• Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  
• Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for lead management.
  
• Stay updated with real estate trends and competitor activities.
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate plot sales (minimum 25 years preferred).
  
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
  
• Good understanding of the Pune real estate market, especially Pirangut and nearby areas.
  
• Own vehicle preferred.

• Experience:

  5-10 years of experience in

  real estate plot or land sales

  , preferably in Pune or nearby areas.

• Communication Skills:

  Strong verbal and written communication in

  Marathi, Hindi, and English

  . Able to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.

• Sales Skills:

  Proven track record in achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly

  sales targets

  , handling leads, and closing deals independently.

• Client Handling:

  Capable of managing client inquiries, conducting site visits, and explaining project details confidently.

• Technical Skills:

  Comfortable using

  CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and MS Excel

  for lead tracking and follow-ups.

• Personality Traits:

  Result-oriented, self-motivated, persuasive, and good at negotiation

• Education:

  Graduate in any stream (preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or Real Estate).
