Job Description

·        Meeting the client and collecting the requirement. ·        Preparing the quotation based on the client requirements. ·        Tenacious towards the closer ·        Develop a sales strategy and touch points to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues ·        Set individual sales targets and alien towards team targets. ·        Work on sales scripts. ·        Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting based on recurring. ·        Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly. ·        Plan and direct sales team training. ·        Creating a short- and long-term sales plan with the intention of achieving the given objectives ·        Actively looking for possibilities to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers ·        Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status ·        Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close ·        Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills ·        Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization ·        Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
