About Us

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head with 15-20 years of experience to lead our sales initiatives and drive adoption of our innovative IoT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sales Leadership
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and market penetration for Living Things' IoT platform.
  • Own and manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing large-scale enterprise deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives, key stakeholders, and decision-makers to promote adoption of Living Things solutions.
  • Business Development & Account Expansion
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across industries like manufacturing, retail, and corporate offices.
  • Expand relationships within existing accounts, upselling and cross-selling to increase customer lifetime value.
  • Partner with clients to analyze electricity consumption and align our platform to their sustainability goals.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and customer success, to align sales efforts with organizational goals.
  • Sustainability Advocacy & Market Strategy
  • Act as an ambassador for sustainability, educating prospects and clients on the benefits of reducing carbon footprints and optimizing energy usage.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, IoT advancements, and sustainability practices to position Living Things as a market leader.
  • Operational Excellence
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Provide actionable insights to product and marketing teams based on client feedback and market needs.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of closing high-value deals.
  • Technical Knowledge Preferred: Familiarity with IoT platforms, energy optimization solutions, and sustainability technologies.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business; MBA preferred.
  • Preferred Skills & Competencies: Strong relationship-building skills, passion for sustainability, excellent communication, data-driven mindset, and strategic thinking.
