Sales Manager (Unsecured Business Loan)

Role Overview

Lead the acquisition and management of unsecured business loan leads through a network of DSAs, driving new business, ensuring disbursements, and maintaining portfolio quality.

Key Responsibilities

• DSA Channel Management

• Onboard and manage DSA partners to source small-ticket unsecured business loans.
• Maintain relationships with 1012 DSAs; make regular visits to support them and drive performance.

• Sales & Target Achievement

• Meet monthly/quarterly sales and disbursement targets via the DSA channel.
• Strategically map local market and competition to identify and pursue growth opportunities.

• Operations & Quality Control

• Monitor daily lead logins, ensure file completeness per checklist, report to management.
• Work closely with operations and collections teams to resolve early delinquencies and post-disbursal documentation (PDD) issues.

• Training & Incentives

• Train DSAs on product schemes and process compliance.
• Ensure timely payouts and incentives for channel partners.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education

  : Bachelors degree (in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field); MBA preferred.

• Work Experience

  :
• 29 years in unsecured business or personal loan sales, especially via DSA channels.
• Prior experience managing DSA networks strongly preferred.

• Familiarity with unsecured loan processes, credit standards, KYC, and documentation norms.

• High motivation with a results orientation, good team collaboration.
