Sales Executive – Brick Scholars Location: Thodupuzha, Muvattupuzha & Surrounding Areas Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 2–5 years About Us Brick Scholars is a fast-growing education and student-development company partnering with schools to deliver innovative learning products and programs. We are expanding our presence and are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to lead and grow operations in the Thodupuzha–Muvattupuzha & surrounding regions. Key Responsibilities Identify and connect with schools and educational institutions in your assigned district. Pitch Brick Scholars’ programs and products to principals, school owners, and management teams. Conduct school visits, product demos, and presentations. Build and maintain long-term school relationships for repeat partnerships. Maintain accurate sales reports, daily activity logs, and CRM updates. Track and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Gather market insights, competitor data, and customer feedback. Coordinate with central teams for onboarding and service delivery to partner schools. Additional Responsibilities (District Management & Team Building): Select, recruit, train, mentor, and manage Sales Interns/Volunteers in your region. Lead, supervise, and support district-level field operations. Monitor intern performance, guide them on tasks, and ensure they meet activity goals. Conduct training/feedback sessions for volunteers. Represent Brick Scholars across local events, school networks, and regional outreach activities. Qualifications Any Graduate (BBA, BCom, MBA preferred). Strong communication and presentation skills. Good negotiation and relationship-building ability. Target-driven and highly self-motivated. Willingness to travel within the region regularly.
