Key Responsibilities: Revenue Management: Maintain and consistently increase monthly targeted revenue through effective sales strategies and pipeline management. Post-Sales Execution: Oversee and manage post-sales activities to ensure successful closure and full execution of deals. Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams including operations, finance, and customer success to ensure timely and smooth delivery of products/services. Team Management & Mentoring: Lead, mentor, and guide a team of junior sales executives to enhance productivity, performance, and professional development. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Experience: Sales: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
