We are now launching one of our landmark residential projects in Puri, featuring premium lifestyle apartments and we’re looking for energetic, passionate individuals to join our Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales:
• Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, and digital platforms.
• Understand customer requirements and share relevant project details.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
• Maintain lead data in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
Sales:
• Conduct property presentations and assist clients during site visits.
• Build strong client relationships and guide them through the buying process.
• Negotiate and close deals professionally.
• Coordinate with the documentation and CRM team post-sale.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Strong customer relationship skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and confident.
• Basic knowledge of real estate or willingness to learn.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Odia is an advantage.
