Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Bhubaneswar. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, conducting market research, and leading a team of sales representatives. The Sales Manager will also be involved in negotiating contracts and providing feedback to senior management on sales performance. Qualifications Excellent sales and negotiation skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Ability to develop and implement sales strategies Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Experience in the software or IT industry is a plus
