Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Sales Manager – Transformer Division to lead sales and business development in the Ludhiana region. The role requires a strong combination of technical expertise and sales acumen to drive transformer sales, expand market presence, and build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development: Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities for transformers across industries.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, consultants, and contractors while developing new customer accounts.
• Technical Support: Provide customers with technical guidance on transformer specifications, applications, and performance.
• Market Analysis: Research industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
• Territory Management: Regularly visit clients and prospects in the Ludhiana region to promote products and achieve sales targets.
• Reporting: Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management review.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field (preferred).
• 1–5 years of experience in transformer sales or technical sales within the electrical industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of transformers and power equipment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently with a target-driven approach.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
