Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Sales Manager at TiWorker Oil & Gas. In this role, you will oversee and manage sales operations, identify and develop new business opportunities, and cultivate relationships with clients in the oil and gas industry. Your responsibilities will include developing strategies to achieve sales targets, monitoring market trends, leading a team of sales professionals, preparing reports, and collaborating closely with other departments. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies, business development, and client relationship management.
  • Proficiency in market analysis, trend forecasting, and competitive analysis.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
  • Familiarity with the oil and gas industry is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in tools and software used for sales tracking, CRM, and reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent qualifications would be an advantage.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives in a similar role.
