Regional Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve growth and revenue targets.
• Manage and expand the distribution network across Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
• Lead and guide a team of Area Sales Managers, Territory Sales Officers, and Sales Executives.
• Build strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and channel partners.
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends.
• Conduct regular market visits and ensure effective market coverage.
• Ensure effective implementation of promotional activities and trade schemes.
• Coordinate with supply chain and marketing teams to ensure product availability and visibility.
• Track and report sales KPIs, analyze performance, and take corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 8–12 years of proven sales experience in the

  FMCG or food industry

  , with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong network of distributors in Tamil Nadu and Kerala is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Tamil and English (Malayalam is an advantage).
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
