Sales Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets for Buka Laal Namak in Lucknow.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate a sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales reports and strategic insights to senior management.
  • Enhance the brand’s presence and visibility across various sales channels in the region.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or food industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and drive results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Deep understanding of the Lucknow market and a robust network of local contacts.
  • Passion for food, spices, and authentic Indian cuisine is a plus.
