Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Lucknow. This critical role will oversee the overall sales and strategy for Buka Laal Namak in the region. The ideal candidate will develop and implement effective sales strategies, create and manage a high-performing sales team, and achieve ambitious sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets for Buka Laal Namak in Lucknow. Lead, manage, and motivate a sales team to achieve individual and collective goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Provide regular sales reports and strategic insights to senior management. Enhance the brand’s presence and visibility across various sales channels in the region. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or food industry. Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and drive results. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Deep understanding of the Lucknow market and a robust network of local contacts. Passion for food, spices, and authentic Indian cuisine is a plus.
