Roles and Responsibility

Lead a team of 12 Engineers/Asst Managers/Team Leads to achieve sales targets.
Demonstrate and convince customers to buy capital equipment.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues.
Coordinate with Design, Production, QC/QA, Customer Support teams for smooth information flow and On-Time Delivery.
Manage the entire sales process from enquiry generation to payment collection.
