Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  1. Develop account strategies to meet client objectives, drive growth, and maximize revenue from assigned accounts.
  2. Track and analyze account performance and market trends to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.
  3. Deliver incremental revenue by monetizing accounts and implementing commercial improvements.
  4. Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high restaurant NPS and collaborating with internal teams to provide excellent service.

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and challenges.
  2. Conduct business reviews with clients, identifying performance gaps and presenting new growth opportunities.
  3. Generate leads and proactively approach potential clients to secure new partnerships.
  4. Use data analysis and market intelligence to influence strategy and improve client outcomes.
