Job Description: As an On Time Hotel Sales Manager/Executive, you'll promote and sell Room packages to individuals, groups, and businesses. Your goal is revenue generation through client identification, understanding their needs, and effective communication of tour package features. You'll craft customized itineraries, ensure seamless booking experiences, and collaborate with marketing for promotional strategies. Roles & Responsibilities: - Cultivate client relationships via phone, email, social media, and events. -Create new corporate clients -Generate new Business - Understand client preferences to recommend suitable tour packages. - Provide detailed tour package information promptly and accurately. - Negotiate contracts ensuring clear terms and conditions. - Coordinate bookings with vendors for client arrangements. - Stay updated on industry trends to maximize sales opportunities. - Maintain accurate sales records in the CRM system. - Collaborate on marketing strategies to attract and retain clients. - Participate in sales events to showcase tour packages. - Handle customer complaints professionally and timely. - Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in any (relevant field preferred) - Proven sales experience, preferably in travel or tourism. - Strong knowledge of travel products and destinations. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. - Passion for travel and occasional willingness to travel for work. Experience: 2-3 years in the tourism industry. Eligibility Criteria: - Degree/Diploma in travel/tourism OR 3 years working experience in the industry. - Bachelor's degree in Any Or Tourism Management, Marketing, or related field. Competencies: Skills: Sales, Interpersonal, Negotiation, Attention to Detail. Knowledge: Travel Regulations, Destination Knowledge, Budget Management.
