Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute plans for revenue expansion across East and North East India (B2B & B2C) for Elder Care, Home Care and Allied Care Business.
  • Business Development: B2B: Partner with corporates, hospitals, insurers, PSUs, NGOs.
    B2C: Drive acquisition via clinics, senior associations, and digital channels.
  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with elderly clients, families, and caregivers.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing regional sales team.
  • Allied Services Focus: Support integration with travel cohorts, retirement readiness, and wellness offerings.
  • Revenue & Reporting: Achieve sales targets, track key metrics, and align with organisational goals.

Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA/PGDM preferred; strong background in Sales/Healthcare/Service industries.
    • 1218 years’ experience in Sales/Business Development, with at least 3–5 years in leadership. • Proven expertise in B2B and B2C sales within service-driven sectors (healthcare, elder care and insurance). The incumbent should have managed over INR 2 Crore Revenue in Elder Care, Home Care and Allied Care Business annually.
