Business Development: B2B: Partner with corporates, hospitals, insurers, PSUs, NGOs. B2C: Drive acquisition via clinics, senior associations, and digital channels. Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with elderly clients, families, and caregivers. Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing regional sales team. Allied Services Focus: Support integration with travel cohorts, retirement readiness, and wellness offerings. Revenue & Reporting: Achieve sales targets, track key metrics, and align with organisational goals. Qualifications & Experience MBA/PGDM preferred; strong background in Sales/Healthcare/Service industries. • 1218 years’ experience in Sales/Business Development, with at least 3–5 years in leadership. • Proven expertise in B2B and B2C sales within service-driven sectors (healthcare, elder care and insurance). The incumbent should have managed over INR 2 Crore Revenue in Elder Care, Home Care and Allied Care Business annually.

Client & Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand workforce planning and talent acquisition needs. Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices. Regularly communicate recruitment updates, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders. Sourcing Strategy: Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, networking events, and industry groups. Implement innovative talent attraction strategies to identify passive candidates. Develop and maintain strong professional networks to ensure a consistent flow of top talent. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication throughout the hiring process. Provide constructive feedback to candidates post-interview. Promote the companys employer brand by engaging with talent on professional networks and social media platforms. Market Insights: Stay updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies. Provide hiring insights based on market research and data-driven analytics. Collaborate with HR and leadership to refine workforce planning strategies. Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and guide direct reports to improve hiring efficiency. Continuously evaluate and enhance recruitment strategies to align with business goals. Drive process improvements by identifying bottlenecks and implementing best practices. Key skill set & Requirements: Proven experience in the staffing industry (IT/Non-IT staffing preferred). Strong expertise in US recruitment and night shift operations . Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and ATS platforms. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
