About the Role

Sales Manager/Sr Manager Freight Forwarding

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential trade lanes and onboard new customers.
  • Lead, support, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
  • Develop and manage PAN India sales stations and business growth.
  • Handle route management and strengthen global agent relationships.
  • Achieve sales targets and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Participate in customer logistics planning, negotiation, and execution.
  • Ensure SOP compliance, cost optimization, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Explore new business opportunities and channels.

Requirements

  • Minimum

    3+ years of experience

    in freight forwarding (air & ocean cargo).
  • Strong network and local market knowledge.
  • Commercial acumen in solution design, product portfolio & strategy.
  • Experience in RFQ/Tender management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to identify customer pain points and deliver solutions.
