You are a Sales Manager in the Crusher and Mining Equipment Industry based in Bangalore, with a solid background of 5-8 years in Industrial Sales, specifically in Crusher, Mining, or Heavy Machinery sectors. Your main responsibility is to enhance sales performance and cultivate strong client relationships. Your expertise in crushing equipment and established connections within the mining and construction domains are vital for the role. Your duties include formulating and executing successful sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, spotting new business prospects, nurturing client partnerships, conducting product presentations and demos, and delivering post-sales assistance. It is crucial to compile precise sales reports and forecasts, liaise with internal departments for seamless order processing, monitor industry trends, and track competitor actions. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline, along with a proven track record in B2B industrial sales, particularly in Crusher, Mining Equipment, or Heavy Machinery sectors. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities are essential, alongside a readiness to undertake extensive travel as part of the job requirements.
