Job Description

The Sales Manager/Senior Sales Manager — Fund Mobilisation is a strategic role focused on driving deposit growth and fund mobilization across assigned branches or territories. The role requires a combination of leadership, sales acumen, and relationship management skills to ensure consistent growth in deposits and other fund-based products.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (preferred).
  • 4-8 years of experience in sales, deposit mobilization, NBFC, Banking or cooperative banking.
  • Proven track record in fund mobilization and achieving deposit targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to drive and inspire branch teams towards achieving common goals.
  • Sound knowledge of financial products, savings schemes, and cooperative sector operations.
