Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties while providing exceptional service and expert market guidance. Key Responsibilities Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties. Conduct property listings, site visits, and property showings. Generate leads through networking, marketing, and referrals. Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and necessary documentation. Stay updated on market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments. Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers to achieve the best outcomes. Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure a smooth transaction process. Collaborate with builders, brokers, and lenders. Manage and update property listings on various platforms. Requirements Proven experience in real estate (preferred but not mandatory). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Good knowledge of local property laws and market trends. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Professional attitude with excellent customer service skills. Valid real estate license (if required in your region). Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
