Sales Manager SME LAP

You will be responsible for developing SME LAP business in the assigned geography and monitoring the entire portfolio. Your main focus will be on enhancing and building the overall AUM of the SME LAP book in MMFSL volume. You will manage sales and distribution through cross-channel and open market channels, ensuring unilateral growth by adding new DSAs/Branches. Market trend analysis, product development, and market research will be crucial aspects of your role. You will be tasked with planning and executing market promotional activities according to market and business requirements, with a specific focus on increased productivity. Marketing and exploring catchment areas, meeting HNI clients to explain various products related to Loan against Property, and generating additional revenue through cross-selling and multi-selling of insurance will be key responsibilities. In addition, you will liaise with internal teams for business operations including Credit, Legal, Technical, RCU, and Operations. Understanding credit analysis, conducting personal discussions with clients for business understanding, coordinating for credit risk assessment, legal documentation, and disbursement will be part of your daily activities. Post-disbursement monitoring, company performance monitoring, maintaining portfolio quality, and relationship management with clients and dealers are essential components of this role.
