As a Sales Manager at the company, you will play a crucial role in driving growth, building relationships, and leading key initiatives across regions in a dynamic and fast-paced global environment. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic sales plans. - Retaining and growing business with key brand partner accounts. - Acting as a brand ambassador by building strong relationships with factories, agencies, and sourcing teams. - Analyzing sales metrics to ensure performance targets are met and strategic objectives are aligned. - Traveling domestically and internationally for meetings, trade shows, and partner engagements. Additionally, you will be expected to: - Lead cross-functional coordination between Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service teams. - Host and entertain visiting brand teams to ensure a top-tier experience. - Manage and execute a regional business plan while reporting key outcomes. - Drive innovation initiatives in collaboration with leadership and product teams. To be eligible for this role, you should: - Hold a graduate degree with a B.Com and MBA in Marketing. - Be fluent in English, with excellent communication and coordination skills. - Possess strategic thinking, proactivity, independence, and a natural ability to build relationships. - Have 10+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing, managing turnover and targeting competitive clients. - Be a strong team leader with a collaborative and results-driven mindset. - Be proficient in acquiring new clients and B2B sales. - Have exposure in selling footwear soles.
