Job Description

The role requires you to manage Two Wheeler sales through the Dealer channel, including empanelment of new CV Dealers, DSA, and DST in the market. You will be accountable for the sales performance and productivity of the team, conducting training on product, policy, and market changes for all channels and team members. Additionally, you will manage business promotional activities and track channels and team for quality sourcing and a healthy portfolio. It is essential to interact with the credit team for business approvals and keep a close watch on competitor products, policies, and market strategies. Your key deliverables will include recruiting, training, and motivating the channel sales team, achieving sales targets, guiding the team, introducing clients, maintaining knowledge on all bank products and services, and developing new customer relationships to increase revenue and accounts. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to gauge the market pulse, track and empanel emerging car dealers, present a strong case to the credit team, and use persuasive skills for approvals. Furthermore, the role requires motivating, guiding, and driving channel sales team volumes and growth. The candidate profile should ideally be a Post Graduate with 2-3 years of relevant work experience, with prior experience in channel management for a similar product.,
