Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Ahmednagar. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading the sales team to achieve targets. Daily tasks include managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, providing training and support to the sales team, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also be involved in market analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

Experience in sales management, client relationship management, and team leadership
Skills in developing and implementing sales strategies and identifying new business opportunities
Proficiency in market analysis, reporting, and customer satisfaction
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively
Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
