Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Navi Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, managing a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. This role will involve building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Sales Management, Business Development, and Account Management skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in creating and implementing sales strategies
  • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
