Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the showroom sales team at Bharani Motors for Euler Motors Electric Commercial Vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sustainable mobility, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in automotive or EV sales. You will be responsible for driving vehicle sales, managing customer relationships, and leading the end-to-end sales process at the dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of Euler Motors' electric commercial vehicles at the showroom.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to vehicle delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet customers, transporters, and B2B clients.
• Conduct test drives, product demonstrations, and customer negotiations.
• Coordinate with the finance and service teams to ensure smooth delivery and post-sales support.
• Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Ensure high standards of customer experience and showroom presentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• 3–5 years of experience in automotive, EV, or commercial vehicle sales.
• Strong team leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for EVs and knowledge of commercial vehicle applications is a plus.
• Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and field sales when required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
