Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales position at Shape Design Studio, located in Indore. The Sales role involves day-to-day tasks such as identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, meeting sales targets, conducting market research, and delivering presentations to potential clients. Additionally, the Sales team will collaborate with design and project management teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

Qualifications

Previous experience in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
Familiarity with Interior Design, Architecture, and related industries
Proficiency in Market Research and Data Analysis
Excellent Organizational and Time Management skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in interior design or a similar field is a plus
