About the Role:
We are looking for a highly driven and relationship-oriented Sales Executive / Manager with strong B2C experience, preferably from the elevator or home improvement industry. You will be responsible for meeting clients at their locations (homes, sites, offices), understanding their needs, presenting our premium home lift solutions, and closing the sale.

Key Responsibilities:
• Meet prospective clients at their homes, construction sites, or offices (1-to-1 sales).
• Understand the customer’s lifestyle needs and propose the right lift model.
• Identify and connect with potential customers, architects, engineers, promoters, and builders to generate new leads.
• Give product demonstrations and share quotations in person.
• Maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups and personalized service.
• Work closely with the project team to ensure seamless coordination from inquiry to installation.

Ideal Candidate:
• 5+ years of experience in direct/B2C sales, preferably involving premium or capital equipment.
• Experience in the elevator industry is a big plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be comfortable traveling and conducting physical client meetings.
• Self-driven, ethical, and committed to building long-term relationships.
