Job Description

  • Handle sales and marketing activities for wire and rod products in the assigned territory.
  • Set up and expand the distributor and dealer network to strengthen market presence.
  • Drive business development initiatives to increase revenue and market share.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand customer demand, pricing trends, and competitor activity.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Promote products through regular market visits and customer engagement.
  • Negotiate commercial terms with distributors and customers to close sales.
  • Travel extensively within the assigned territory to manage accounts and generate new business.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in sales and marketing within the steel industry, preferably wire and rod products.
  • Strong understanding of distribution network development and channel sales.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Proven capability in achieving sales targets and expanding territory coverage.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for field sales activities.
