Job Description

Handle sales and marketing activities for wire and rod products in the assigned territory.
Set up and expand the distributor and dealer network to strengthen market presence.
Drive business development initiatives to increase revenue and market share.
Conduct market analysis to understand customer demand, pricing trends, and competitor activity.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
Promote products through regular market visits and customer engagement.
Negotiate commercial terms with distributors and customers to close sales.
Travel extensively within the assigned territory to manage accounts and generate new business.

Job Requirements:

Experience in sales and marketing within the steel industry, preferably wire and rod products.
Strong understanding of distribution network development and channel sales.
Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
Proven capability in achieving sales targets and expanding territory coverage.
Willingness to travel extensively for field sales activities.
