Lead & mentor BDM and CRR teams to peak performance

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in
Business, Marketing, Engineering
(MBA preferred)
8–12 years’ experience in
solar/renewable/channel sales
with 3–5 years in leadership
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
Strong dealer/distributor management skills
Excellent leadership, negotiation & communication skills
Willingness to travel extensively across your zone
